5. Service commitment
1) We ensure 100% passing of the audit by any certification body. If the customer company does not pass the audit by any certification body because of Linkage¡¯s problem, we will refund the paid consulting money to customer, and continue to provide consulting service until getting the certificate without adding expense.
2) We strictly fulfill the service and satisfy customer¡¯s requirement agreed by the contract.
3) We provide proper consultant for the service, and we will do the satisfaction investigation during and after the consulting process.
4) We will do internal auditor training for free.
5) Customer can require us to change the consultant when the current consulting team or individual consultant is not satisfied.
6) After customer establish the system document, our technology committee will review all the document, to ensure the conformance, applicability and adequacy.
7) Before the consulting work completed, our technology committee will review the conformance of the whole project, and check the result, to ensure the customer to pass the audit by certification body.

When COC/FM standard modifying, we will deliver or email to you the latest version, and inform you the major differences between the old and new standard.
3) Provide consulting service for supervising audit.
Within 3 years after you get the certificate, we can provide consulting service for you before the supervising audit, in order to find out problems and take actions to receive the supervising audit.
4) Provide more discount if you need integrate other system to this one.
